Is a consultation required?Initial consultations are not required in order to schedule an appointment.

What types of appointments does Elle Counseling Group offer?We offer Consultations, Petite Sessions, and Standard Sessions. We also offer Chat and Chat+ Plans that include unlimited secure messaging appointments and more for a reduced amount. You can learn more on the Chat+ Plan page.

Does Elle Counseling offer budget friendly payment options?We understand that making a large payment after each session can be stressful and sometimes deter starting treatment. To help ease the burden, we have two weekly plan options available. Please see the Chat+ Plans page for more details or contact us with any questions.

Does Elle Counseling Group accept insurance?Elle Counseling Group is currently a mainly Private Pay practice meaning we do not accept insurance. Elle Counseling Group is an Optum Behavioral Health Group EAP provider. We do provide flexible billing options which you can learn more about on our Budget-Friendly Billing page.

Does Elle Counseling Group have a sliding scale payment option?Yes, ECG does provide a sliding scale payment option. If you would like more information, please fill out a contact form for more information.

How do I make an appointment?If you head to the services page, you can select appointment which will bring you to our Simple Practice HIPPA compliant scheduling software. Once you create an account, you can request an appointment that fits your schedule.

Where does Elle Counseling Group offer appointments?We currently offer individual counseling sessions at 201 Sigma Drive in Nexton. We offer virtual office appointments and, in the future, will be offering Group Sessions at 820 Central Avenue.
